A warrant of arrest shall typically be directed to one or more police officers. However, if the immediate execution of the warrant is necessary and no police officer is immediately available, the Court may direct the warrant to any other person or persons, who shall then execute the warrant.
When a warrant is directed to multiple officers or persons, it may be executed by all of them, or by any one or more of them.
