● Vakiluncle.in reserves the right to publish the free advice offered to clients on its portal and in any external communication for public knowledge sharing. However, in none of the published content will user details be disclosed. We strongly advise you not to mention any individual, party, or company's name in your question, as you may be liable for defamation if any party objects to such mention.
● vakiluncle.in collaborates with multiple Lawyers for the same area of practice, and there may be instances where a similar question has been answered in two different ways by the Lawyers. vakiluncle.in is not liable for these differing opinions and encourages you to seek a second opinion from your own Lawyer, or alternatively, decide which response to follow based on the merits and logical reasoning.
● As part of the Services, you may also be eligible to benefit from an online video consultation with one of the lawyers listed on vakiluncle.in. Please note that the benefit of a video consultation is a consulting model, and any interactions or associated issues with the selected lawyer, including but not limited to your legal concerns or experiences, are strictly between you and the selected lawyer. You agree not to hold vakiluncle.in responsible for any such interactions or related issues. Any video consultation you have with the selected lawyer is completely confidential, and vakiluncle.in DOES NOT have access to, nor does it store, these consultations on its servers.

Whenever we use the terms "your Lawyer your Professional service provider; or similar terms on vakiluncle.in, including in these Terms of Use, we are referring to your personal Lawyer or professional with whom you have an actual, mutually recognized Lawyer-client relationship (or the same kind of formal, real-world relationship with your personal professional service provider). vakiluncle.in Lawyers are not Lawyers or professionals. vakiluncle.in, Lawyers/Professionals using VakilUncle.in to provide online consultations (collectively referred to as Lawyers), Affiliates, and Third-party providers (collectively referred to as Affiliates) will serve you to the best of our ability under the following terms and conditions.
1. Using the vakiluncle.in website
All users must be eighteen years of age or older. In the case of minor users (under eighteen), a parent or guardian must accept this Agreement and oversee all consultations under the services offered.
