If a person against whom an order requiring security is issued under Section 106 or Section 117 is, at the time of the order, either sentenced to or already serving a term of imprisonment, the period for which security is required shall begin upon the completion of their sentence.
In all other cases, the security period shall commence from the date of the order unless the Magistrate, for sufficient reason, specifies a later date.
