Description

A copy of the order for maintenance, interim maintenance, or expenses of the proceeding shall be provided free of charge to:

• The person in whose favor the order is made, or
• Their guardian, if applicable, or
• The person to whom the allowance or expenses are to be paid.

This order may be enforced by any Magistrate in any location where the person against whom the order is made is present. The Magistrate must first be satisfied regarding:

1. The identity of the parties, and
2. The non-payment of the maintenance or expenses due.
