Mode of Service:
Whenever practicable, the order shall be served personally on the individual against whom it is issued, in accordance with the prescribed procedure for serving a summons.

Alternative Notification:
If personal service is not possible, the order shall be notified by proclamation, published in a manner directed by the State Government through rules. Additionally, a copy of the order shall be affixed at a location deemed most suitable for ensuring that the concerned person receives the information.
