CrPC Section-135 - Person to whom order is addressed to obey or show cause
Description
The person against whom such an order is issued shall:
- Comply with the Order – Perform the act directed in the order within the specified time and manner; or
- Show Cause – Appear as required and present reasons against the order in accordance with the specified procedure.
