Description
Issuance of Injunction
- If a Magistrate, while making an order under Section 133, believes that immediate action is necessary to prevent imminent danger or serious injury to the public, he may issue an injunction against the concerned person.
- This injunction shall remain in effect until the final determination of the matter to prevent or mitigate the danger or injury.
Enforcement of Injunction
- If the person fails to comply immediately, the Magistrate has the authority to:
a) Take direct action himself, or
b) Authorize appropriate measures to eliminate the danger or prevent injury.
Legal Protection
- No legal suit shall be entertained against any action taken in good faith by the Magistrate under this section.
