Description

An offence may be inquired into or tried by a Court having jurisdiction over any of the following local areas:

1. Uncertain Location – When it is uncertain in which of several local areas the offence was committed.
2. Partly in Multiple Areas – When an offence is committed partly in one local area and partly in another.
3. Continuing Offence – When an offence continues to be committed across multiple local areas.
4. Multiple Acts in Different Areas – When an offence consists of several acts carried out in different local areas.
