Description
If an act is considered an offence because of its relation to:
- Another act that is also an offence, or
- Another act that would be an offence if the doer were capable of committing one,
Then the first-mentioned offence may be inquired into or tried by a Court within either of the following local jurisdictions:
- Where the first offence was committed.
- Where the related act (the second act) was committed.
