"The charge shall include sufficient details regarding the time, place, and, where applicable, the person or property involved in the alleged offence to adequately inform the accused of the nature of the charge.

1. In cases of criminal breach of trust or dishonest misappropriation of money or movable property, it is sufficient to:

   • Specify the total sum or describe the movable property involved,
   • Mention the time frame within which the offence is alleged to have occurred, without detailing specific items or exact dates.

2. A charge framed in this manner shall be considered a single offence under Section 219, provided that the period between the first and last alleged offence does not exceed one year.
