Description
"Whenever a charge is altered or added after the commencement of the trial, both the prosecutor and the accused shall be allowed to:
- Recall or re-summon and examine any witness previously examined concerning the alteration or addition, unless the Court, for recorded reasons, believes that such a request is made to cause vexation, delay, or to defeat the ends of justice.
- Call any further witness whom the Court considers material to the case.
