Procedure:

• In any trial conducted under this Chapter, the procedure prescribed in this Code for the trial of summons-cases shall be followed, except as otherwise provided hereinafter.

Sentencing Limitation:

• No sentence of imprisonment exceeding three months shall be passed in any conviction under this Chapter.
