CrPC Section-264 - Judgment in cases tried summarily

Description

In every case tried summarily where the accused does not plead guilty, the Magistrate shall:

  1. Record the substance of the evidence presented during the trial.
  2. Deliver a judgment containing a brief statement of the reasons for the finding.
