If a satisfactory disposition is reached in the meeting:

• The Court shall prepare a report documenting the agreed-upon resolution.
• This report must be signed by:
  • The Presiding Officer of the Court
  • All participants in the meeting (including the Public Prosecutor, police officer, accused, victim, and pleaders, if any).

If no satisfactory disposition is reached:

• The Court shall record this observation in its proceedings.
• The case will then proceed as per the provisions of this Code from the stage at which the plea bargaining application under Section 265B(1) was filed.
