Description
- The judgment delivered by the Court under Section 265G shall be final.
- No appeal shall lie against such judgment in any Court.
- However, an exception is provided:
- A Special Leave Petition (SLP) under Article 136 of the Constitution of India can be filed.
- A Writ Petition under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution can also be filed.
This means that once a judgment is passed under plea bargaining, it cannot be appealed in regular courts, except through constitutional remedies.
