Description
For the purpose of discharging its functions under this Chapter, a Court shall have all the powers vested in it under this Code, including powers related to:
- Granting Bail – The Court can decide on bail applications as per the provisions of the Code.
- Trial of Offences – The Court can conduct trials in accordance with the prescribed procedures.
- Other Matters Relating to Disposal of Cases – The Court has full authority over case disposal, including conviction, sentencing, or other relevant judicial orders.
