"Once a commission issued under Section 284 has been duly executed, it shall be returned to the Court or Magistrate along with the witness's deposition. The commission, its return, and the deposition shall be open for inspection by the parties at reasonable times and, subject to just exceptions, may be read as evidence in the case. Additionally, if the deposition meets the conditions outlined in Section 33 of the Indian Evidence Act, 1872 (1 of 1872), it may be admitted as evidence at any subsequent stage of the case before another Court."
