Description

1. Whenever an inquiry or trial is postponed under section 328 or section 329, the Magistrate or Court, as the case may be, may resume the inquiry or trial at any time after the person concerned is no longer of unsound mind. The accused may be required to appear or be brought before the Magistrate or Court.
2. If the accused has been released under section 330 and the sureties for his appearance produce him before the officer appointed by the Magistrate or Court for this purpose, the certificate from that officer stating that the accused is capable of making his defense shall be admissible as evidence.
