"Whenever one or more persons convicted in the same trial apply to the High Court for revision, and any other person convicted at the same trial applies to the Sessions Judge for revision, the High Court shall decide, considering the general convenience of the parties and the importance of the issues involved, which Court should finally dispose of the revision applications. If the High Court decides to dispose of all the revision applications itself, it shall direct that those pending before the Sessions Judge be transferred to it. Conversely, if the High Court decides it is unnecessary to dispose of the revision applications, it shall direct that the applications made to it be transferred to the Sessions Judge.
When any revision application is transferred to the High Court, it shall be dealt with as if it had been originally made before the High Court. Similarly, when any revision application is transferred to the Sessions Judge, that Judge shall treat it as if it were originally made before him.
Once an application for revision is transferred by the High Court to the Sessions Judge, no further revision applications shall be entertained by the High Court or any other Court from the person or persons whose applications have been disposed of by the Sessions Judge."
