CrPC Section-410 - Withdrawal of cases by Judicial Magistrates

Description

  1. A Chief Judicial Magistrate may withdraw any case from, or recall any case he has previously assigned to, any Magistrate subordinate to him. He may either inquire into or try the case himself, or refer it to any other competent Magistrate for inquiry or trial.
  2. A Judicial Magistrate may recall any case assigned by him under Sub-Section (2) of section 192 to another Magistrate, and may inquire into or try the case himself.
