Once the bond is executed, the person for whose appearance the bond was executed shall be released. If the person is in jail, the Court granting bail shall issue a release order to the officer in charge of the jail. Upon receiving the order, the officer shall promptly release the individual.

Nothing in this section, section 436, or section 437 shall be interpreted as requiring the release of any person who is liable to be detained for reasons other than the matter for which the bond was executed.
