CrPC Section-443 - Power to order sufficient bail when that first taken is insufficient

Description

In cases of insufficient sureties, whether due to mistake, fraud, or any other reason, or if the sureties later become inadequate, the Court may issue a warrant of arrest. This warrant will direct that the person released on bail be brought before the Court. The Court may then order the person to provide sufficient sureties. If the person fails to do so, the Court has the authority to commit them to jail.
