Description

All orders passed under section 446 shall be appealable as follows:

1. In the case of an order made by a Magistrate, the appeal shall lie to the Sessions Judge.
2. In the case of an order made by a Court of Sessions, the appeal shall lie to the Court to which an appeal from the order of such Court lies.
