CrPC Section-454 - Appeal against orders under section 452 or section 453
Description
- Any person aggrieved by an order made by a Court under section 452 or section 453 may appeal to the Court to which appeals from convictions of the former Court ordinarily lie.
- On such appeal, the Appellate Court may either stay the order pending the appeal’s disposal, or may modify, alter, or annul the order and issue any other orders it deems just.
- The powers described in Sub-Section (2) may also be exercised by an appellate, confirming, or revising Court while dealing with the case in which the order in question was made.
