Description

1. Any person aggrieved by an order made by a Court under section 452 or section 453 may appeal to the Court to which appeals from convictions of the former Court ordinarily lie.
2. On such appeal, the Appellate Court may either stay the order pending the appeal’s disposal, or may modify, alter, or annul the order and issue any other orders it deems just.
3. The powers described in Sub-Section (2) may also be exercised by an appellate, confirming, or revising Court while dealing with the case in which the order in question was made.
