No finding, sentence, or order of any Criminal Court shall be set aside solely on the grounds that the inquiry, trial, or other proceedings during which it was made took place in an incorrect sessions division, district, sub-division, or other local area, unless it is shown that such an error has, in fact, resulted in a failure of justice.
