No attachment made under this Code shall be considered unlawful, nor shall any person executing the attachment be deemed a trespasser, due to any defect or lack of form in the summons, conviction, writ of attachment, or other related proceedings.
The provisions of this Chapter do not apply to certain economic offenses as outlined in the Economic Offences (Inapplicability of Limitation Act, 1974) (12 of 1974), section 2 and its Schedule.
