This section grants the High Court the power to review the decisions made by the Committee, Board, Children's Court, or any court under the Juvenile Justice Act, 2015.
Description:

Provided that the High Court shall not pass any order under this section that is prejudicial to any person without first giving that person a reasonable opportunity to be heard.
