No woman shall be subjected to sexual harassment at any workplace.
Circumstances that may amount to sexual harassment include, but are not limited to:
Implied or explicit promise of preferential treatment in employment;
Implied or explicit threat of detrimental treatment in employment;
Implied or explicit threat affecting her present or future employment status;
Interference with her work or creation of an intimidating, offensive, or hostile work environment;
Humiliating treatment likely to affect her health or safety.
